IT Manager
- Be the SPOC for all regulatory meetings, submissions and engagement with regulator/regulatory bodies, external auditors and CBK appointed entities
- Lead all IBG Kuwait branch related projects in conjunction with IBG HO and local teams.
- Lead and ensure all End-of-Life systems, hardware is adequately remediated in time and budget
- Lead audit discussions & expectations to ensure no unsatisfactory results in branch
- Provide functional and technological solutions, lead applications systems analysis and suggest fit for purpose solutions
- Maintain all local systems/applications in line with uptime requirements of central bank and ensure no high severity issues
- Configure new / existing hardware (laptops/Desktop) and migration windows requirement from HO along with install MDM for mobile. Support user system access for new joiner
- Serve as the focal point for CBK reviews, inspections, and submissions.
- Support alignment with Kuwait regulatory frameworks including CBK’s security, governance, outsourcing, and business continuity expectations.
- Prepare audit evidence, track remediation activities, and maintain compliance documentation.
- Raise the required CR’s to ensure all patches are up to date
- Remediation of bugs in production environment for any incident raise
- Ensure systems (hardware and software) in all environments meet security baseline standards.
- Ensure adequate testing to verify application functionality and identify adverse effects from enhancements or configuration change.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for change movement to production
- Participate in audit and other compliance activities as assigned and complete action items for mitigation and rectification
- Ensure Disaster Recovery (DR) environments are synchronized and available with maintained unit level recovery documentation
