Senior Draughtsman
To produce precise technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built plans in accordance with project specifications, UAE building codes, and company quality standards. The role supports engineers, architects, and project managers in translating design concepts into detailed, executable construction documents.
Key Accountabilities
- Study the Architectural drawings for drafting shop drawings.
- Report clashes in the IFC drawings to the Architectural Engineer.
- Assist the Architectural Engineer to prepare RFIs & proposals.
- Update and modify drawings in both BIM and AutoCAD.
- Study/Coordinate the subcontractor drawings for drafting Architectural shop drawings.
- Draft the Architectural shop drawings in line with the submission schedule.
- Draft Architectural as built drawings in line with the submission schedule.
- Update shop drawings as per the consultant comments for obtaining the final approval.
- Share knowledge & communicate with other technical team members.
- Ensure strict adherence of HSE policies and procedures set
- Report HSE incidents/violations etc. to superiors on time
- Strict adherence of legal requirements
