Sales Executive
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Executive to join the team. This role sits across the full client lifecycle from engaging leads to activating and re-engaging clients with a strong focus on conversion, retention, and revenue growth. This role requires fluency in Arabic and English to support our regional client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients across phone, email, live chat, and in-person channels
- Convert leads into active trading clients
- Reactivate dormant accounts and drive trading activity
- Own and manage a pipeline of leads to maximise conversion rates
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across retail and high-value clients
- Support clients on platform usage, products, and services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Handle client queries, complaints, and account-related matters
- Identify opportunities to upsell products, platforms, and services
- Share feedback on client behaviour, campaign performance, and market trends
- Conduct ongoing competitor and market analysis
