Specialist – Global Entity Management

We are hiring a Specialist – Global Entity Management to support company incorporation and legal entity management in Saudi Arabia. This is a junior-level role focused on handling corporate legal processesregulatory compliance, and coordination with government authorities. The role involves working closely with internal teams, PROs, and clients to ensure smooth entity setup and ongoing compliance. Candidates will also interact with key Saudi government platforms such as MISAMinistry of Commerce, and Saudi Business Center.


Key Responsibilities

Corporate Documentation & Legal Drafting

  • Prepare, draft, and review legal documents such as Board ResolutionsPowers of Attorney, and other corporate documentation.

  • Draft and update Articles of Association in line with Saudi corporate laws.

Company Incorporation & Licensing

  • Support company incorporation activities including trade name reservationlicensingamendments, and ownership changes.

  • Manage submissions and workflows through government portals (MISA, Ministry of Commerce, Saudi Business Center).

Government Liaison & Coordination

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and PRO teams for execution of regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct visits to government authoritiesnotary public, and ministries for document execution and approvals.

Compliance & Record-Keeping

  • Ensure proper documentationrecord-keeping, and compliance with legal requirements.

  • Act as a point of contact for clients, providing guidance on corporate secretarial and regulatory matters.

  • Advise on procedures, timelines, costs, and requirements for licenses and approvals.


Key Requirements

Nationality

  • Saudi National (mandatory)

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in corporate legalcompany formation, or corporate secretarial services

Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of Saudi regulatory frameworks (MISA, Ministry of Commerce, Companies Law, CMA)

  • Hands-on experience in company incorporationlegal drafting, and compliance processes

Communication

  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in Arabic and strong English proficiency
