Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to support and optimize day-to-day last-mile delivery operations. You will work closely with 3PL partnerssupply teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency, support city launches, monitor on-ground performance, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.


What You’ll Get Your Hands On

  • Own day-to-day communication with 3PL partners — following up on performance, resolving issues, and keeping agreements and documentation up to date.

  • Coordinate with the supply team to ensure rider fleet availability aligns with demand across your assigned zones.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Stay in close sync with Live Ops executives in other cities and the Ops HQ to share updates, align on priorities, and escalate blockers early.

City & Zone Launches

  • Support city and zone launch activities from the ground up, including merchant onboardingreadiness checks, and Go/No-Go status.

  • Conduct field visits and merchant check-ins to verify on-ground readiness and maintain a real pulse on your area.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare operational reports and structured updates for internal stakeholders and leadership.


The Magic You Bring

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in operationslogistics coordination, or supply chain, ideally within a techdelivery, or super app environment.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Confident communicator in both Arabic and English, with experience drafting professional correspondence and documentation.

  • Comfortable with data tools and able to build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports without hand-holding.

  • A proactive, field-oriented mindset — you don’t wait to be told something is broken; you find it first.


Bonus Points If You Have

  • Prior experience in food deliveryride-hailing, or a super app environment.

  • Familiarity with dispatch toolsfleet management systems, or Google Maps / KML zone mapping.

  • Basic knowledge of Omanisation regulations and 3PL compliance frameworks.

  • Any additional language is a win! (Urdu, Hindi, French, SQL…)
