We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Personal Banking Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the voice of the bank, providing an exceptional customer experience through telephone interactions. Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Education

A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or customer service.
Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking industry.
Technical Skills

Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
