Associate Director, Rates & Credit Structuring

     Job Purpose

Structure and price rate- and credit-linked products tailored to client needs. Work closely with Sales and Trading to deliver risk-controlled and compliant solutions across derivatives and structured investments.
Key Result Areas

•    Structure and price products such as interest-rate swaps, structured deposits, and credit-linked notes.
•    Perform scenario analysis, back-testing, and risk assessment of structured solutions.
•    Liaise with Legal, Risk, and Product Control on product approval and documentation.
•    Provide product training and support to Sales teams across client segments.
•    Monitor market trends and identify new product or solution opportunities.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience

•    6–8 years’ experience in structuring or derivatives-related roles.
•    Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
•    Good understanding of rates and credit markets.
•    Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar quantitative field.
