 What You’ll Get Your Hands On:
  • Establish all HR operations in Oman, ensuring full compliance with local labor law, immigration regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Localize Snoonu’s global People & Culture policies to fit legal, cultural, and business contexts.
  • Set up the office infrastructure, including workspace management, vendor coordination, health & safety, and facilities processes.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all P&C matters in the country.
  • Collaborate with Snoonu Qatar’s Talent Acquisition team on hiring for core business roles, including interviews, shortlists, offer coordination, and onboarding.
  • Recruit local roles independently when required (especially in the early stages).
  • Build a strong employer-branding presence in the local market.
  • Lead onboarding processes to ensure a seamless, engaging employee experience aligned with Snoonu culture
  • Own the day-to-day HR operations for Oman, including contracts, data management, HRMS processes, leave tracking, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with Qatar P&C and Finance teams to run accurate monthly payroll, benefits administration, and statutory payments.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, visas, work permits, and compliance obligations.
  • Ensure all HR practices and documentation meet legal standards.
  • Advise leadership on legal risks, emerging labor trends, and required changes.
 The Magic You Bring
  • 5–8 years of HR / People & Culture experience, preferably in tech, logistics, e-commerce, or high-growth startups.
  • Strong grounding in local labor law, immigration requirements, and HR compliance in Oman.
  • Hands-on experience across multiple HR areas: recruitment, payroll, ER, policy creation, and operations.
  Bonus Points if You Have:
  • Experience working in multicultural environments or with regional HQs is a plus.
