Responsibilities

  • > Manage the flow of all lease-related data entered in the system, maintain files to ensure that documentation is up to date at all times.
    > Review system generated reports such as but not limited to Netsoft/Oracle, Power BI and Sales Reports, Ejari, CRM data, PM Requests on timely manner.
    > Liaise with colleagues within and outside the department to correct any issues identified in the reports.
    > Communicates and coordinates corrective systems actions which will involve either system enhancements, process changes, for continued efficient management of portfolio data.
    > Improve process efficiency.
    > Liaise with respective departments to collect new building information, create the record in shared drive, PM system and Ejari portal.
    > Follow up with team members to approve submitted leases, monitor the readiness status to make sure it is relevant with lease status.
    > Review unit vacating report, liaise with respective departments to receive documents hence arrange for SD refund.
    > Create different kind of memos based on management request.
    > Liaise with department team members and respective departments to close audit observations.
    > Review SOP on timely manner and propose enhancements.
    > Monitor canceled bookings and make sure to intimate the team to initiate unit vacating after lease approval.
    > Any additional task assigned by line manager.

Qualifications

  • > Bachelors degree in Commerce / Administration or Bachelor degree in Accountancy.
