The Role
You will own the end-to-end IT function, balancing day-to-day operations with long-term strategy. This includes overseeing infrastructure, cybersecurity, service delivery, vendor management, and IT governance, while aligning closely with business objectives and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute IT strategy aligned to business and digital transformation goals
- Lead IT operations, ensuring reliability across systems, networks, and collaboration tools
- Drive automation and optimisation across SaaS platforms and internal processes
- Oversee IT service management, SLAs, and service desk performance
- Establish and lead cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management frameworks
- Manage IT budgets, vendors, and procurement lifecycle
- Implement disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years in IT, with strong leadership experience across strategy, operations, and security
- Proven background in cloud-native, SaaS-first environments
- Experience driving IT transformation, automation, and ERP integration
- Strong understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks
- Hands-on exposure to tools such as Google Workspace, IAM platforms, and modern DevOps practices
- Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to influence at C-level
