Account Executive jobs in events and marketing account management roles in the Middle East are now available for experienced sales professionals. We are seeking an Account Executive to drive business growth by managing client accounts end-to-end, from pitching and onboarding to campaign execution and reporting, developing tailored marketing proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive communication and solution-oriented support. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in events, account management, sales, or business development, with a proven track record of managing client accounts and strong communication and presentation skills.

What You’ll Get Your Hands On

• Drive business development by identifying, pitching, and closing marketing service opportunities with event organizers and partners.

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts throughout the full lifecycle: onboarding, campaign planning, execution, reporting, and outboarding.

• Develop tailored marketing proposals, budget plans, and performance forecasts.

• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate campaign deliverables, creatives, ad operations, and reporting.

• Maintain strong client relationships with proactive communication, expectation management, and solution-oriented support.

• Provide regular reporting, insights, and ROI-driven recommendations to clients.

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow existing accounts.

• Ensure all campaigns follow efficient internal processes and align with company standards and best practices.

• Whenever required, be available for on-ground event operations coordination.

The Magic You Bring

• 2–3 years of experience in events, account management, sales, business development, or related fields.

• Proven track record of managing client accounts.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a high-volume environment.

• Relationship-driven approach with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in the events, entertainment, or ticketing industry is a plus.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Proficiency in English.

• Arabic will be a plus.
