Job Description
As an integral part of the e& EUAE/HR/Technology-HR Transition department, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing our TA processes and programs. Your expertise and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in building a robust TA Operations function, enabling us to attract and acquire top talent.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the TA team to understand their needs and requirements, ensuring smooth operations.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient solutions.
- Develop and maintain TA systems, databases, and tools to enhance candidate experience and streamline recruitment.
- Analyze and interpret TA data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures, maintaining high ethical standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in TA operations.
- Provide training and support to TA team members on operational procedures.
- Assist in the development and execution of TA marketing and branding strategies.
- Conduct regular audits and performance evaluations to ensure TA operations excellence.
