Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities: 

* Business Development: – Identify and approach potential customers.

• Preparation and submission of daily / monthly sales report.
• Achieving monthly targets assigned through selling of general insurance products.
• Upselling and cross-selling to customers to maximize sales.
• Aim to preserve customers and improve persistency.

Required Skills to be successful 

• Qualifications and Knowledge: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in (Business Administration / Commerce).
• Experience: Should have 3-5 years of general insurance experience with existing portfolio.
• Job-Specific Skills: Familiarity with Insurance business.
• Behavioural Competencies: Good selling skills, good presentation skills & excellent communication skills.
