Job Overview

Power International Holding is seeking an experienced Cloud Developer to design, develop, and optimize modern cloud-based applications and enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with architects, software engineers, and business stakeholders to build scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud applications while ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise systems.

This role requires expertise in cloud platforms, cloud-native application development, DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation to deliver reliable digital solutions that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications using leading cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Build scalable and resilient applications using microservices, containers, and serverless computing technologies.
• Work closely with solution architects and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective cloud solutions.
• Develop secure cloud applications by implementing industry-standard security controls, identity management, and compliance best practices.
• Improve application performance, availability, and cost efficiency through cloud optimization techniques, auto-scaling, and load balancing.
• Integrate cloud services with enterprise applications, APIs, and third-party systems to ensure smooth data exchange.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployment, testing, and release processes.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure and applications, troubleshoot production issues, and implement proactive performance improvements.
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to automate cloud resource provisioning and environment management.
• Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to continuously improve development practices.
• Mentor junior developers by providing technical guidance, code reviews, and cloud development best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Experience developing serverless applications using services like AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, or Google Cloud Functions.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration technologies.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of enterprise applications, with SAP ERP functional knowledge considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in cloud application development.
• Previous GCC work experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
