Customer Service Executive – Retail & Warehouse Operations

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to handle customer inquiries, process sales transactions, maintain accurate stock records, and support the daily operations of external warehouse outlets, ensuring excellent customer service, accurate inventory management, and compliance with Good Warehouse Practices (GWP) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards. The ideal candidate has prior experience in storekeepingretail, or customer service, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in basic computer operations including billing and inventory software.

Purpose

The Customer Service Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing sales transactions, maintaining accurate stock records, and supporting the daily operations of external warehouse outlets. The role ensures excellent customer service, accurate inventory management, and compliance with company policies, Good Warehouse Practices (GWP) , and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and store products accurately and safely.

  • Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular inventory checks.

  • Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and support order processing.

  • Process sales transactions and maintain cash register records.

  • Coordinate with warehouses to ensure timely stock replenishment.

  • Ensure the store is cleanorganized, and well-stocked.

  • Assist with loadingunloading, and delivery activities when required.

  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.

  • Follow Good Warehouse Practices (GWP) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.

  • Prepare daily sales and stock reports and support stock count activities.


Job Requirements

Experience

  • Prior experience in storekeepingretail, or customer service is preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of animal feed products is an advantage.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in basic computer operations ( billinginventory software ).

  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
