Job Purpose:

The HR Officer will manage and execute core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to support organizational goals through effective HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for various roles.
  • Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Contribute to HR projects such as engagement initiatives and policy updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in [industry, e.g., oil & gas, engineering].
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of HR systems and MS Office.
    • Familiarity with HRIS and recruitment platforms.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
