Operations Team Lead – Inbound (Warehouse & Logistics)

Support the Shift/Area Manager with projects to improve processes, cultivate a safe working environment, and increase workforce engagement.

Use data analysis to identify ways to optimize safety, quality, and productivity.
A Day in the Life

Being an Operations Lead/Supervisor gives you the chance to see how all the different parts of operations work and play a role in making sure everything runs smoothly.
You’ll be the first point of contact for team members during their shift and help them follow the processes that your managers have put in place. This is a hands-on role, which will give you experience in using the tools and systems that make our operations successful.
Basic Qualifications

Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience in problem solving and data analytics.

Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of Amnesty Floor Monitoring experience (Amazon-specific or equivalent).

3+ years of stakeholder management experience.

Experience in operations management.

Upper intermediate proficiency in English.
