Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Photographer to join our team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality images that showcase properties, events, people, and brand assets across digital and print platforms. This role requires technical expertise in photography, image editing, lighting, and visual storytelling while ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture professional photographs that align with project goals and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with creative teams, designers, and marketing professionals to develop visual concepts.
• Interpret project briefs and plan photography sessions based on client or business requirements.
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, lenses, and other photographic equipment.
• Plan image composition by selecting the most effective angles, lighting, backgrounds, and camera settings.
• Edit, enhance, retouch, and optimize images using professional photo editing software.
• Organize, archive, and manage digital image libraries for easy access and future use.
• Produce high-quality visual content for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and printed materials.
• Maintain photography equipment and ensure all tools remain in excellent working condition.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, marketing teams, and other stakeholders throughout project execution.
• Apply industry best practices to achieve outstanding image quality and visual consistency.
• Build and maintain a professional portfolio while contributing innovative ideas that strengthen the company’s visual identity.
• Ensure all assignments are completed within deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proven professional photography experience with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent knowledge of digital photography, camera systems, lighting techniques, and image composition.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, Lightroom, or similar photo editing software.
• Experience in image retouching, color correction, and digital enhancement techniques.
• Understanding of photography requirements for digital publishing, marketing campaigns, and commercial printing.
• Strong creative vision with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple photography projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of current photography trends, visual branding, and content creation.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, is considered an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of overall professional work experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a professional photographer.
• Previous GCC experience (minimum 2 years) is an added advantage.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Media, Graphic Design, or a related discipline is preferred.
