Project Expeditor
Project Expeditor jobs in Saudi Arabia and electrical project coordination roles in the Middle East are now available for experienced professionals. We are seeking a Project Expeditor to coordinate project activities across internal departments, customers, suppliers, and logistics teams, serve as the primary customer-facing representative for technical discussions, and manage the handover of project spares and Long-Term Service Agreement activities. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in project execution, coordination, and customer interface.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Coordinate project activities across internal departments, customers, suppliers, and logistics teams to ensure timely task completion.

Serve as the primary customer-facing representative for technical discussions, clarifications, and follow-up actions related to project coordination.

Manage the handover of project spares, ensuring proper documentation, tracking, and customer acknowledgment.

Collect and consolidate project inputs for new tenders, including technical details and execution constraints.

Provide emergency support coordination for urgent project or service requirements, ensuring effective communication and escalation.

Plan and coordinate Long-Term Service Agreement activities, including maintenance schedules and resource planning.
What You Bring
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related electrical discipline.
Experience
-
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in project execution, coordination, and customer interface.

Proven experience in collaborating with customers, Expediting teams, logistics teams, and site execution teams.
Skills & Attributes

Strong project coordination and follow-up skills, with a good understanding of electrical project execution and service requirements.

Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management and technical document review.

Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams, demonstrating a problem-solving mindset for urgent requirements.
