We are seeking a Project Expeditor to coordinate project activities across internal departments, customers, suppliers, and logistics teams, serve as the primary customer-facing representative for technical discussions, and manage the handover of project spares and Long-Term Service Agreement activities. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in project execution, coordination, and customer interface.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Coordinate project activities across internal departments, customers, suppliers, and logistics teams to ensure timely task completion.

• Serve as the primary customer-facing representative for technical discussions, clarifications, and follow-up actions related to project coordination.

• Manage the handover of project spares, ensuring proper documentation, tracking, and customer acknowledgment.

• Collect and consolidate project inputs for new tenders, including technical details and execution constraints.

• Provide emergency support coordination for urgent project or service requirements, ensuring effective communication and escalation.

• Plan and coordinate Long-Term Service Agreement activities, including maintenance schedules and resource planning.

What You Bring

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related electrical discipline.

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in project execution, coordination, and customer interface.

• Proven experience in collaborating with customers, Expediting teams, logistics teams, and site execution teams.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong project coordination and follow-up skills, with a good understanding of electrical project execution and service requirements.

• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management and technical document review.

• Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams, demonstrating a problem-solving mindset for urgent requirements.
