Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support business objectives and organizational growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and talent management.
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters including performance management, disciplinary actions, investigations, and grievances.
- Lead recruitment strategies and collaborate with hiring managers to attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent.
- Oversee and guide the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding.
- Support organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements.
- Ensure full compliance with Bahrain Labor Law, localization requirements, and company HR policies.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives, ensuring effective execution and stakeholder engagement.
- Support the implementation and review of compensation, benefits, and reward programs.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to align HR practices and implement best practices.
- Coach and mentor line managers on leadership, performance management, and people development.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law, localization policies, and HR regulatory requirements.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Experience handling complex employee relations cases and investigations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CIPD Level 5/7 or equivalent professional HR certification preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR advisory role.
- Experience in the oil & gas industry or a similar industrial environment is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting senior leadership and managing HR initiatives across multiple business functions.
