Senior Officer – Change Management

The Senior Officer Change Management role is responsible for establishing, developing, and operationalizing the organization’s centralized change management function. This role will design and implement  change management activities, including governance frameworks, standard operating procedures, and intake processes, to ensure consistent and effective change management across the enterprise.

The role develops and executes comprehensive change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance to organizational change, while building scalable systems and processes that institutionalize change management best practices. It combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive sustainable organizational change and establish a strong, foundational change management infrastructure.
