Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate VIP Homecare Nurse to provide personalized, high-quality nursing care to private clients in residential and premium care environments.

The successful candidate will deliver one-to-one patient care, monitor ongoing health conditions, administer medications, maintain clinical documentation, and coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals. The role may also involve accompanying clients to medical appointments and international destinations.

This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, adaptability, confidentiality, and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Clinical Support

• Provide individualized one-to-one nursing care based on each patient’s healthcare requirements and care plan.
• Monitor vital signs and assess changes in the patient’s condition.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with clinical instructions and applicable standards.
• Support patients with ongoing and chronic healthcare needs.
• Observe, document, and promptly communicate any significant changes in the patient’s health condition.
• Assist with maintaining continuity of care across different healthcare settings.

Care Coordination

• Coordinate with physicians, specialists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals involved in the patient’s care.
• Accompany patients to medical consultations, hospital visits, and other healthcare appointments when required.
• Support the implementation and follow-up of individual care plans.
• Maintain clear communication with authorized family members and relevant healthcare professionals.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date nursing notes, clinical records, medication records, and other required documentation.
• Follow applicable clinical procedures, professional standards, and healthcare regulations.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding patient information and personal matters.
• Report clinical concerns, incidents, or changes in patient condition through the appropriate channels.

VIP & Private Homecare Service

• Develop respectful and professional relationships with patients and their families.
• Provide care with sensitivity to individual preferences, cultural expectations, privacy, and lifestyle requirements.
• Maintain a calm, discreet, and service-oriented approach when working in private residences.
• Protect patient dignity and personal privacy at all times.
• Demonstrate flexibility when responding to changing patient requirements and schedules.

Travel & International Care

• Accompany patients during domestic and international travel when required.
• Coordinate healthcare arrangements during travel and ensure continuity of prescribed care.
• Maintain appropriate medication, documentation, and care routines while traveling.
• Adapt to different environments, schedules, and healthcare arrangements while maintaining professional standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Registered Nurse with valid and recognized professional registration.
• Nursing qualification obtained from Europe, the UK, North America, South Africa, Australia, or New Zealand.
• Minimum 5 years of professional nursing experience.
• Previous experience in VIP nursing, private homecare, hospital care, long-term care, or similar clinical environments is preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient-care skills.
• Professional and confident when working directly with patients and families.
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with healthcare professionals.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally based on patient requirements.
• Flexible approach to working hours and changing care requirements.
