You will play an important role in developing technical talent, optimizing workshop operations, and supporting Lexus’s commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You Will Do

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day workshop operations to achieve productivity, efficiency, and revenue targets.

• Drive the “Fix It Right” culture and ensure adherence to manufacturer and distributor technical standards.

• Monitor workshop KPIs, sold hours, utilization, productivity, and on-time delivery performance.

• Plan and allocate workloads effectively to maximize technician efficiency and workshop capacity.

• Ensure quality control standards are maintained and implement corrective actions where required.

• Coach, mentor, and support technicians through training and performance management.

• Manage warranty repair processes and ensure compliance with principal requirements.

• Oversee workshop tools, equipment, consumables, and inventory management.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and operational enhancement projects.

• Ensure compliance with HSSE requirements, company policies, and operational standards.

Education

Experience

Technical Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of dealership operations, workshop KPIs, and technical processes.

• Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
