HR Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive with 1–3 years of experience to support various human resource functions, including coordination, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be confident in public speaking.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end HR coordination activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Support in scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update HR records, MIS, and employee databases
- Facilitate employee onboarding and induction programs
- Coordinate and support employee engagement activities and events
- Assist in training coordination and internal communication
- Help in implementing HR policies and processes
- Handle general employee queries and provide HR support
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively
- Basic understanding of HR processes and policies
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA in HR (mandatory)
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience
- Confident, proactive, and people-oriented personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
