Lead Auditor

We are seeking a qualified Lead Auditor to join our Doha team, specializing in ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 45001 (Health & Safety) management systems. Candidates with Lead Auditor training experience in QES (Quality, Environment, Safety) will be given preference.

The role is based in Doha, with most audits conducted locally. However, travel to other GCC countries may be required based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Audit & Training Delivery

• Conduct audits and training sessions primarily across GCC countries.

• Lead audits independently and professionally for Quality, Environment, and Health & Safety management systems.

• Ensure audits are carried out with strong customer focus, proactiveness, and teamwork.

Accreditation Coordination

• Coordinate with the local accreditation body to maintain and renew our accreditation status.

Professional Conduct

• Apply in-depth understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

• Maintain a self-driven, proactive approach to all audit activities.

About You (Qualifications & Experience)

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering

Experience (Minimum Requirements)

• 4+ years of industrial work experience related to Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health & Safety management systems

• Relevant third-party auditing experience for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience with ISO 50001 (Energy), ISO 55001 (Asset Management), or ISO 22301 (Business Continuity)

• Lead Auditor training experience for QES standards
