Salary Range: USD $75,000.00 – USD $75,050.00 /Yr.

Executive Administrator Assistant jobs in Qatar and command group support roles with Top Secret/SCI clearance are now available for experienced executive assistants. We are seeking an Executive Administrator Assistant to support the SOJTF-C Commanding GeneralDeputy CommanderChief of Staff, and Command Sergeant Major in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate has 6–9 years of experience with Top Secret/SCI clearance and at least ten years of executive support experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably at an O-6 Command or higher.

Role Summary

GovCIO is currently hiring for an Executive Administrator Assistant to support the SOJTF-C Commanding GeneralDeputy CommanderChief of Staff, and Command Sergeant Major. This position is located in Doha, Qatar and will be an onsite position.


Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Serve as the Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff for the Command Group.

  • Provide executive support to the Commanding GeneralDeputy CommanderChief of Staff, and Command Sergeant Major.

Coordination & Communication

  • Facilitate coordinationcommunicationplanning, and execution across the area of responsibility and special staff.

  • Synchronize the Command Group and advise the staff and subordinate units on administrative procedures for Command Group correspondence, ensuring its accuracy and timeliness.

  • Maintain a positive rapport and facilitate communication between higheradjacent, and subordinate units, assisting these commands in interactions with the Command Group.

Administrative Support

  • Provide the Commanding General’s Aide with administrative support for a deployed C2 Advising Structure.

  • Prepare correspondence, route memorandums, and maintain personnel records.

  • Coordinate requests for evaluations and monitor requests for personnel actionsinformation managementorders for temporary duty and travelpersonnel processingpersonnel security clearances, process recommendations for awards and decorations, and initiate actions for passports and visas.

Visit Coordination

  • Receive and process higher headquarters and other unit/organization requests to visit the Command and/or staff.

  • Plan and execute all aspects of visits to include coordination across staff functions and with other co-located commands to ensure visitor’s objectives are met.

  • Remain flexible to assist as mission dictates.

Working Conditions

  • Duties include living in a combat zone under austere conditions.


Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

Requirement Details
Education High school diploma with 6–9 years experience
Clearance Level Top Secret/SCI
Experience Ten years of executive support experience OR four years of education above high school level OR equivalent combinations
Senior Level Experience as an executive assistant at an O-6 Command or higher

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Communicate Effectively: Speak, listen, and write in a clear, thorough, and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques.

  • Ability to accept a written assignment and produce releasable work within prescribed deadlines.

  • Experience communicating in cross-cultural and multi-cultural environments both in written and oral formats.
