We are seeking a Contracts Manager to provide professional advice, expertise, and practical assistance to the organization in managing Manpower Call-Off Contracts, new tendering, and contractual matters from inception of tender scope preparation through to closeout of contracts. The ideal candidate has 15 years of multi-disciplinary experience, including 10 years in the oil and gas industry, with a BSc in Engineering Discipline or Quantity Surveying and a postgraduate qualification in Contract Management or Project Management being desirable.

Job Description

Primary Purpose of the Job

Provide professional advice, expertise, and practical assistance to the organization in managing Manpower Call-Off Contracts, new tendering and contractual matters (if any) from inception of tender scope preparation until closeout of contracts.

Required Experience and Skills

• 15 years of multi-disciplinary experience.

• 10 years in the oil and gas industry or with major industrial structures.

• Experience in the preparation, evaluation, and negotiation of tenders and contracts.

• Proven track record with large-scale contracts of complexity and diversity.

Educational Qualifications

Minimum Requirement

• BSc in Engineering Discipline or Quantity Surveying.

Desirable

• A postgraduate qualification in Contract Management or Project Management.
