Site Supervisor

site supervisor will Supervise and execute end-to-end work at assigned sites through proper delegation and coordination with vendorssub-contractors, and labour within defined deadlines. Share regular updates with the Project Manager.


Role Description – Duties and Responsibilities

Site Setup & Planning

  • Conduct site surveys before work begins.

  • Perform setting out and marking for interior finishes on site.

  • Prepare work programs and project schedules (preferably in MS Projects).

Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare daily and regular site reports with necessary progress pictures and report to the Project Manager.

  • Report or highlight to the Project Manager immediately in case of any discrepancy between site conditions and drawings, emergencies, accidents, etc.

Team & Labour Management

  • Handle, plan, and delegate workers or charge hands depending on work requirements.

  • Book timesheets of workers on a daily basis.

  • Manage labour on a daily basis.

Coordination & Follow-Up

  • Coordinate and follow up with multiple trades on site – MEPmall managementlandlordtenant, etc.

  • Liaise and follow up with the factory team for manufacturing and delivery of required joinery items per project requirements.

Meetings & Client Interaction

  • Attend site meetings with clients alongside the Project Manager to record discussions and prepare action points.

Safety & Compliance

  • Adhere to and monitor safety and first aid aspects on site periodically.

Flexibility & Availability

  • Willing to work extended hoursweekends, and night shifts as required.

Quantity Verification

  • Able to check as-built quantities submitted by subcontractors and submit a report at project completion for final account purposes.


Candidate Requirements

Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in interior fit-out

Education

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification

Technical Skills

  • Ability to work on:

    • CAD

    • Excel

    • Word

    • MS Projects
