Senior Sales Executive
Senior Sales Executive jobs in freight forwarding and logistics sales roles in Kuwait are now available for experienced sales professionals. We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to build new business and nurture existing clients, source opportunities, chase leads, and manage the market for Packing & Removal, Freight Services (AIR – SEA – OVERLAND) , Supply Chain Solutions, and Project Logistics. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of Sales experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics, Relocation, and Project Logistics, a valid Kuwait driving license, and strong communication skills in English (Arabic is preferred).
Job Summary
As a Senior Sales Executive, the individual will be part of ATLAS (previously known as Alghanim Freight) and will be required to build new business and nurture existing clients, source opportunities, chase leads, manage the market, and above all – create success! Areas you’re likely to be involved in include Packing & Removal, Freight Services (AIR – SEA – OVERLAND) , Supply Chain Solutions, and Project Logistics.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

New Business Development – Create new business through contact with prospective customers in the assigned market.

Client Relationship Management – Maintain and develop relationships with customers via meetings, telephone calls, and emails.

Sales Visits – Visit potential customers for new business opportunities.

Quotations & Costing – Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and provide customers with quotations.

Negotiation & Closing – Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.

Performance Tracking – Review your own sales performance, aiming to achieve or exceed job targets set by management.

Market Intelligence – Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on market trends.

New Market Identification – Identify new markets and business opportunities.

Reporting – Maintain a daily log of client visits, schedules, and cargo opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience
-
Minimum 3 years of Sales experience with in-depth knowledge of Freight Forwarding / Logistics, Relocation, and Project Logistics.
Skills & Attributes
-
Positive, pro-active attitude.
-
Good interpersonal and communication skills – both oral and written English.

Spoken Arabic is preferred.

Good understanding of market trends and demand.

Proven track record in a high-technology, high-growth environment.

Strong work ethic, self-starter, driven to succeed.

Ability to work independently.
Mandatory
