The ideal candidate has 6+ years in software development with a focus on business process automation and operational excellence, and proficiency in Zoho Deluge, Zoho Creator, and Python.

Job Summary

The Software Developer is responsible for providing on-site technical solutions and support for connectivity operations. The role includes building and maintaining the tools, scripts, and reports required to support a smooth quote-to-cash lifecycle, serving as the technical point of contact for rapid troubleshooting and continuous system enhancement.

Job Responsibilities

Custom Tooling & Scripting

• Develop and maintain custom functions, widgets, and scripts (primarily in Deluge, Python, and JavaScript) to automate tasks.

Analytics & Reporting

• Build and maintain complex reports and real-time dashboards in Zoho Analytics to provide visibility into inventory, service status, and financial performance.

L2 Technical Troubleshooting

• Provide second-level support for operational issues by identifying and fixing bugs in automation triggers, data syncs, and custom integrations.

Technical Implementation

• Implement technical specifications provided by the BA/QA team, ensuring custom-built solutions are scalable and performant.

System Maintenance

• Ensure the health of the Zoho ecosystem by managing API limits, data integrity, and cross-module connectivity.

Candidate Requirements

Experience

• 6+ years in software development, with a focus on business process automation and operational excellence.

Architecture

• Understanding of non-functional requirements (latency, throughput, and API rate limits).

Technical Stack

• Proficiency in:

  • Zoho Deluge

  • Zoho Creator

  • Python (especially back-end development and integrations)

Problem Solving

• Ability to quickly prototype short-term fixes and build long-term tools to address operational bottlenecks.
