Logistics Manager – FMCG Warehouse Operations

We are seeking a Logistics Manager to manage a shift across all Sales depots in the Region, ensuring required stock levels, minimal depot loss, maintaining depot hygiene, implementing depot operating procedures, and adhering to recommended quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within an FMCG warehouse environment and fluency in English.

About the Role

To manage a shift in all Sales depots related to the Region, ensuring required stock levels in depots with minimal depot loss, maintaining depot hygiene, implementation of depot operating procedures, adherence to recommended quality and safety standards by monitoring the activities and performance of subordinates.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety standards and always maintain a safe working environment.

  • Ensure all warehouse operations and activities adhere to SOPs and company Quality policies.

  • Manage product receiving and dispatch while minimizing depot losses; prepare and share weekly and monthly reports.

  • Maintain stock availability, ensure proper stock rotation, and optimize space utilization during the shift.

  • Ensure full compliance with QSHE policies and maintain all related safety records.


Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain.

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within an FMCG warehouse environment.

Language

  • English Fluency (written and spoken).
