Soft FM Services Supervisor
Soft FM Services Supervisor jobs in Qatar and facilities management supervisory roles in airport environments are now available for experienced FM professionals. We are seeking a Soft FM Services Supervisor to conduct regular onsite inspections and audits of third-party service providers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and airport authority standards for soft services including cleaning, waste management, pest control, and landscaping. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with a background in Facilities Management, a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in soft services, and strong practical knowledge of Maximo, particularly inspection and audit functionalities.
Job Purpose
To conduct regular onsite inspections and audits of third-party service providers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) , and airport authority standards for soft services. This role ensures that service delivery aligns with the expectations outlined in the Contract and Service Operation Manuals.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery Oversight

Oversee and monitor the day-to-day delivery of soft services (cleaning, waste management, pest control, landscaping, etc.) performed by third-party service providers.

Conduct regular site inspections and audits in Maximo to verify service compliance against agreed KPIs, scope of work, and planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules.
Compliance & Safety

Coordinate with service providers to ensure adherence to safety protocols, airport regulations, and managing agent standards.
Reporting & Documentation

Produce detailed reports on service quality, operational performance, incidents, and areas requiring corrective action.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records, asset information, and audit logs using the Maximo system.
Mobilization & Onboarding

Support service mobilization processes, including induction, training coordination, and onboarding of new contractors in line with client expectations.
Resource Monitoring

Monitor and report on the availability and use of consumables and equipment to maintain operational continuity.
Performance Evaluation

Evaluate and track service provider performance, ensuring delivery meets or exceeds contractual benchmarks and client satisfaction.
Stakeholder Liaison

Liaise with client stakeholders and coordinate joint audits and inspections using Maximo to track compliance and performance data.
Operational Support

Provide operational support during peak periods, including flexibility for extended hours, weekends, and public holidays.
Job Requirements
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a background in Facilities Management.
Experience
-
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in soft services, ideally within an airport or critical infrastructure environment.
Technical Skills
-
Strong knowledge and practical experience in using Maximo, particularly inspection and audit functionalities.
Core Competencies

Proven ability to work within a client-representative capacity, holding service providers accountable for performance.
