Technogym Emirates is looking for a Facilities & Workplace Specialist (UAE National) to support and assist the HR team.

Full-time or part-time opportunities are available.

Your Impact

Workplace Operations & Management

• Manage the day-to-day workplace operations to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained office environment for all employees and visitors.

• Oversee workplace services and office supplies, ensuring adequate availability of amenities, consumables, and facility resources to support a seamless employee experience.

Renovation & Fit-Out Projects

• Lead end-to-end office renovation, fit-out, maintenance, and improvement projects, coordinating with internal stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and building management to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.

Supervision & Coordination

• Supervise and coordinate the work of office support staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, organization, hospitality, and overall workplace presentation are consistently maintained.

Inspections & Maintenance

• Conduct regular facility inspections and proactively address maintenance, safety, and operational issues to ensure an exceptional workplace environment.

Vendor Management

• Manage relationships with facility service providers and vendors, monitoring service quality, contract compliance, and performance standards.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Support workplace health, safety, and compliance requirements in line with company policies and local regulations.
