Job Description
The Senior Administration Officer will provide administrative and operational support to the Facilities Management Department. The role includes managing documentation, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and supporting daily departmental activities. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient operations and compliance with company procedures.

Responsibilities
Administrative Support

Provide administrative support to the Facilities Management team.

Maintain and organize records, files, and departmental documents.

Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Coordination & Scheduling

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and departmental schedules.

Monitor and track employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
Financial & Procurement Support
-
Assist in processing invoices, purchase requests, and service requests.
Data Management & Reporting
-
Maintain accurate databases and update administrative records.

Prepare periodic reports and maintain departmental dashboards.
Stakeholder Coordination
-
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.

Support customer service and complaint tracking activities.
Compliance & Procedures
-
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.

Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications
Nationality
-
UAE National (Emirati) with Family Book.
Education
-
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
