We are seeking an HR Specialist to plan, execute, and evaluate various human resources processes, programs, and events that enhance employee performance, engagement, professional development, and organizational culture. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HR, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and excellent time management and organizational skills.

The HR Specialist is responsible for the planning, execution, and evaluation of various human resources processes, programs, and events that enhance employee performance and engagement, professional development, and organizational culture. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure that HR activities align with the company’s strategic goals and support the overall employee experience.

Accountabilities

• Implement and coordinate HR activities that support performance management, employee engagement, training and development, and wellness initiatives.

• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations to share insights with HR leadership and stakeholders.

• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

• Organize and coordinate HR initiatives and events.

• Develop and execute communication plans to promote HR activities and events internally.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR activities and events through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR.
