HR Business Partner – HRMS Implementation & System Administration
HR Business Partner jobs in Dubai and HRMS implementation roles in the retail industry are now available for HR technology professionals. We are seeking an HR Business Partner to lead HRMS software implementation and configuration, ensure data integrity and accuracy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage system administration and internal workflow mapping. The ideal candidate has strong experience in HRMS configuration, data auditing, and system support, with the ability to work collaboratively with Payroll, Accounting, and Projects teams.
Position Objective
The position is responsible for HRMS software implementation across the organization and improvising the same in terms of configuration and customization as per business requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Provide support in developing HRMS software.

Assist in the review of data in HRMS to ensure 100% accuracy.

Follow all processes defined in the project including system administration.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy of employee and organization information through periodic reviews and audits.

Collaborate with other HRMS users ( Payroll, Accounting, Projects , etc.).

Update employee information, documents, etc. in the HRMS manually, avoiding an excel upload from the vendor side.

Provide the user details to all employees for HRMS access.

Ensure the internal workflow mapping for all employees are updated accordingly.

Report preparation.

Handle queries related to HRMS for employees.
