As an Executive Assistant supporting the executive leadership team in establishing a new Switchgears factory in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, you will play a pivotal role in driving meaningful projects that enhance operational efficiency and support Siemens Energy’s mission. This position targets proactive, organized candidates with a strong background in senior administrative roles, who thrive in dynamic environments and are adept at managing complex tasks. How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments across time zones.
  • Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries and visa processing.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports, process invoices, and assist with budget tracking.
  • Provide administrative support for the new factory project, coordinating meetings and tracking action items.
  • Organize office procedures and supplies, ensuring efficient operational workflow for the project team.
  • Organize, plan, and coordinate factory events.
  • Prepare and manage confidential reports and documentation, maintaining a systematic filing system.
