Technical Support Engineer
As a Technical Support Engineer within the Product Integrity function, you will be at the forefront of resolving critical technical issues at customer sites, playing a pivotal role in Siemens Energy’s mission towards decarbonization. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Engage with various levels of customer and Siemens Energy organizations to effectively resolve technical issues.
- Conduct complex troubleshooting on compressors and ancillary systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Facilitate the exchange of technical information between customer sites and senior experts within the Product Integrity team.
- Collaborate with team members to report and implement necessary changes for issue resolution.
- Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of field service activities, including service reports and maintenance logs.
