Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HRIS Officer / HR Systems Specialist to manage HR systems, employee data, reporting, and system administration across multiple GCC locations including Qatar, Saudi Arabia (KSA), and Kuwait. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, support HR operations, generate insightful reports, and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

HRIS Administration & Employee Data Management

  • Maintain accurate employee records within the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, promotions, transfers, and employee separations.
  • Review and validate HR transactions to ensure data consistency and compliance across Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait operations.
  • Manage system configurations, user access permissions, organizational structures, and cost center allocations in accordance with company policies.
  • Resolve HR system-related issues by coordinating with HRIS teams, IT departments, and external vendors.
  • Perform regular audits of employee records, leave balances, and organizational data to ensure data integrity.

HR Operations Support

  • Support HR processes across various modules, including recruitment, payroll, employee performance management, and workforce administration.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, including objective setting, evaluation templates, workflow management, and reporting.
  • Participate in system enhancement projects, testing activities, and implementation of new HR technology solutions.
  • Act as the HR systems superuser and SharePoint administrator, managing access rights, document libraries, licenses, and HR-related resources.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide user support to improve HR system adoption and effectiveness.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with HR teams, department managers, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations across all regions.
  • Provide guidance and first-level support to HR coordinators and HR business partners regarding system functionality and data management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and HR procedures while maintaining data accuracy.

HR Reporting & Analytics

  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports covering headcount, turnover, workforce planning, organizational structures, and employee performance.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports for management and business leaders.
  • Generate customized reports and data extracts based on business requirements.
  • Monitor system utilization and user activity to support process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Create visual reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in HRIS administration, HR operations, or HR data management.
  • Hands-on experience managing employee master data, HR reports, and workforce analytics.
  • Knowledge of GCC labor laws, particularly in Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, will be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems, workflows, user access management, and data security practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools.
  • Experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms.
