Marketing Operations Executive

Marketing Operations Executive jobs in UAE and marketing procurement and budget coordination roles in FMCG are now available for detail-oriented professionals. We are seeking a Marketing Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day activities enabling the delivery, transparency, and monitoring of marketing activities and budgets across both the Food and Water categories, ensuring that marketing expenditure is well-governed, purchasing and payment processes run smoothly, and the wider marketing team is supported with accurate tracking and timely coordination. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in marketing operationsprocurement coordinationbudget tracking, or a similar support role, with strong organizational skills, advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, and experience with PR/PO/SRN processes and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).

How Will You Make an Impact?

Procurement & Process Management

  • Manage the end-to-end process of Purchase Requisitions (PRs) , Purchase Orders (POs) , and Service Receipt Notes (SRNs) – raising PRs, tracking POs and SRNs through to completion, and escalating issues when necessary. Ensuring adherence and compliance to processes.

  • Ensure timely delivery of POs through coordination with Procurement before each marketing activity begins, so that no activity is delayed by functional bottlenecks.

  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely payments and accurate, on-time processing of SRNs.

Marketing Budget Management

  • Maintain efficient and accurate tracking of Marketing expense budgets, ensuring full transparency of marketing budgets for all brands.

  • Drive budget-related meetings independently – setting the agenda, recording minutes, and following up on agreed actions to closure.

  • Monthly reconciliation, closing, and reporting to marketing and finance teams.

Marketing Activity Support

  • Track events/sponsorships and Free-of-Cost (FOC) issuance and budgets, maintaining accurate records and visibility for the team. Including end-to-end coordination with cross-functional teams.

  • Manage Co-Packing PRs and sticker printing across relevant brand lines.

  • Coordinate for permits for vehicle/fleet branding to support timely execution.

  • Create item codes in SAP when required – for promotion items – coordinating with cross-functional teams including Supply, Demand, Procurement, and Finance.

AI Transformation & Cross-Functional Projects

  • Support key AI transformation projects across the organization, including: drafting and documenting requirements; capturing customer and business pain points; testing applications under development; and providing structured feedback to development teams.

  • Take on new tasks and projects in complementary functions as they arise during the year, building skills, visibility, and broader business understanding.

Continuous Improvement

  • Drive process improvements by automating recurring activities such as DME tracking and the PR/PO process, leveraging Excel, system enhancements, and collaboration with Development/D&T teams to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.


What Would Make You Successful?

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing operationsprocurement coordinationbudget tracking, or similar support role (entry-level candidates with strong aptitude may be considered).

  • Experience working with PR/PO/SRN processes and ERP systems (e.g., SAP or equivalent) is an advantage.

  • College graduate degree in a related field would be a plus.

  • Exposure to FMCGbeverages, or food categories preferred but not essential.

Functional Knowledge

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of recurring tasks and competing deadlines.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; comfortable building and improving tracking tools and reports.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and transparency in budget management.

  • Effective communication and coordination skills for working with vendors and cross-functional teams (Supply, Demand, Procurement, Finance).

  • Comfortable with technology and an interest in AI tools – able to test applications, document requirements, and give clear, constructive feedback.

  • Proactivedependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
