Service Delivery Coordinator 

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring all activities are carried out according to our core valuesnon-negotiables, and cultural pillars. You will ensure that assigned contracts and quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon, while coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in job cycle management across organizational boundaries.


Key Responsibilities

Job Planning & Coordination

  • Review job planningequipment preparation, and people readiness.

  • Work with I&S Project Managers and other PL’s SDC on X-PL critical tasks within a job.

  • Promptly escalate issues that can impact service delivery.

Contract & Financial Management

  • Ensure invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash.

  • Ensure assigned contracts and quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon.

Field Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with field crews to manage any requirements or mobilizations during the job at the customer well site or location.

Team Development

  • Develop the team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans.

  • Assist other Service Delivery Coordinators with Peer Reviews.

Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure compliance with company policiesprocedureslawsregulations, and ISO and API requirements.


Fuel Your Passion – Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant, related subject.

Experience

  • More than 10 years of experience in oil field services.

  • Previous technical experience in Coil Tubing operations.

  • Experience in the Middle East is required.

Leadership & Business Acumen

  • Prior business ownership (HSE, Financial, Service Delivery).

  • Experience in leadershipmentoring, and developing teams in a global matrix environment.

Personal Attributes

  • Motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems.

  • Good communicationinterpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams.
