People Ops & Culture Specialist

We are looking for a People Ops & Culture Specialist who will serve as the operational anchor of the organization’s People function in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will ensure complianceoperational excellence, and a strong employee experience while championing the company’s culture locally.

You will take ownership of Saudi government portalsemployee lifecycle operations, and HR systems accuracy, ensuring all processes are compliant, timely, and well-managed. At the same time, you will act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, supporting employee relations matters with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.

Beyond operations, you will play a key role in strengthening engagement and belonging within the KSA office by promoting company values and supporting initiatives that reinforce a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

What You’ll Do

KSA Operations & Compliance

  • Fully own and manage Saudi government portals (e.g., GOSIQiwaMudadMuqeem), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions.

  • Monitor regulatory updates of Saudi labor law, assessing impact and ensuring company compliance.

  • Manage KSA employment documentation and regulatory requirements in coordination with GRO/PRO services.

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Own onboarding for KSA employees, ensuring a smooth and compliant start, including documentation, system access, and coordination with managers.

  • Manage offboarding processes, ensuring compliant closures including documentation, asset retrieval, and access disablement.

  • Support managers in ensuring smooth employee transitions.

Employee Relations & Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns, ensuring timely and professional resolution.

  • Support conflict resolution and employee relations matters in coordination with the People Team.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and local labor regulations.

  • Escalate risks appropriately and maintain discretion in sensitive cases.

HR Systems & Data Management

  • Own HRIS data accuracy for KSA employees, ensuring real-time updates and proper documentation.

  • Maintain accurate employee lifecycle records including leaves, benefits, personal documents, and status changes.

Insurance & Benefits Management

  • Manage employee medical insurance enrollment, renewals, upgrades, and claims support.

  • Ensure compliance with local insurance requirements and policy standards.

Asset & Operations Management

  • Maintain accurate tracking of company assets (laptops, SIM cards, equipment) and assigned ownership.

  • Coordinate issuance, retrieval, and inventory reporting.

Culture & Office Engagement

  • Champion company culture and values by acting as a cultural ambassador within the KSA office, identifying behaviors or trends that may compromise values, and proactively addressing them in coordination with the People Team.

  • Design and coordinate local engagement initiatives including birthday celebrations, work-anniversary celebrations, recognition moments, team-building activities, and events.

  • Support employee experience initiatives that strengthen engagement and retention.

  • Onboarding and offboarding processes are seamless, compliant, and well-coordinated.

Job Requirements

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in People OperationsHR Administration, or HR Compliance

  • Experience managing Saudi government portals and labor compliance

Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of KSA labor law and HR best practices

Language Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
