IT Executive – Hospitality Technology Support

IT Executive jobs in hospitality and hotel technology support roles in the UAE are now available for technically skilled IT professionals. We are seeking an IT Executive to support and maintain all hotel IT systems, ensuring smooth daily operations, providing technical support to all departments, and maintaining system security and data integrity in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology with 1–3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in hospitality, and strong knowledge of Windows systemsnetworking, and hotel systems (PMS/POS) .

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to support and maintain all hotel IT systems. This role ensures smooth daily operations, provides technical support to all departments, and maintains system security and data integrity in a fast-paced hospitality environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintains and supports all IT systems including computersserversnetwork devicestelephony, and POS systems.

  • Provides technical support to users and resolves hardware/software issues in a timely manner.

  • Installs and configures IT equipment for new and existing users.

  • Monitors system performance and ensures all systems are functioning efficiently.

  • Ensures proper backup procedures are in place and regularly tested.

  • Maintains IT security standards and ensures systems are protected against threats.

  • Controls user access and ensures permissions are aligned with job roles.

  • Coordinates with vendors for system maintenance and upgrades.

  • Maintains proper documentation of systems, licenses, and configurations.

  • Supports staff with basic IT training and system usage when required.

  • Assists with IT budgeting and submits reports to management.

  • Ensures all IT equipment is maintained in a safe and controlled environment.

  • Responds to IT emergencies and supports operational needs as required.


Qualifications

Education

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in hospitality.

Technical Skills

  • Good knowledge of Windows systemsnetworking, and hotel systems (PMS/POS) .

  • Familiar with IT security practices and data protection standards.

Core Competencies

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Service-oriented with attention to detail.
